Ok campground. Not very private. Showers are coin operated. I didn't use the shower, but it takes 7 quarters to start. Mosquitoes are annoying, but not overwhelming. $22/night
Great amenities (multiple showers, bathrooms and taps/sinks everywhere), lovely location, firewood for sale and if you get a site close to the lake you get your own secret path there. Very popular so expect many kids/noise.
Great campground that's somewhat secluded with a short walk down to Detroit Lake. Family and pet friendly.
Old lady tried to be condescending when i left a blank envelope, letting her know we'd checked in, which we do at every campground. Then, we weren't able to reserve one of the fifty open spaces we passed to our assigned site. Got forced into a site by the group campground and after hearing wales of crying and a loud laughing guy until late hours, only to be awakened before 730am by screaming crying kids and someone BANGING a stick!!!!! Horrible experience and we camp twice a month. Will never recommend this campground!!
